Your Job as an Intern:
Role Overview:
As a Talent Acquisition Intern at Adaequatio Services, you will play a crucial role in our recruitment initiatives. This position offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment where you will work closely with our founder. You will gain valuable insights into the executive search and RPO industry while developing your skills in various aspects of talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Sourcing:
- Assist in identifying and sourcing potential candidates through various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, networking).
- Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to attract passive candidates.
- Maintain a talent pipeline for future recruitment needs.
2. Candidate Screening:
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
3. Recruitment Coordination:
- Assist in the coordination of the recruitment process, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Support the creation and management of job descriptions and recruitment advertisements.
4. Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and talent acquisition best practices.
- Analyze competitors’ recruitment strategies and provide insights for improvement.
- Assist in gathering and interpreting data to support recruitment strategies.
5. Employer Branding:
- Contribute to the development and execution of the company’s employer branding strategy.
- Assist in creating and managing content for social media platforms to promote our employer brand.
- Ensure consistent employer branding across all recruitment materials and platforms.
6. Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including maintaining candidate databases and tracking recruitment metrics.
- Assist in the preparation of recruitment reports and presentations.
- Support other HR and administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Fluent in French and English. A good level of Dutch is a plus.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and talent acquisition principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and team members.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
