Adaequatio Services is supporting GS1, the global language of business, in the recruitment of their next B2B Customer Operations & Analytics Manager.
About the Role
As B2B Customer Operations & Analytics Manager, you will:
Provide proactive and reactive high-quality support to GS1 Member Organisations on GS1 standards, services, registries and components.
Drive customer service analytics and reporting, leveraging Power BI dashboards, data workflows, and AI insights to improve strategy and performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal experts, registries teams, Member Organisation representatives and partners.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of GS1’s knowledge base, processes, and customer experience.
Represent customer service in projects, workshops, global events, and webinars.
Key Responsibilities
Support and advise Member Organisations, resolving inquiries within SLAs.
Maintain and optimise Power BI dashboards and reports to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities.
Explore the use of AI tools to enhance customer service quality and efficiency.
Curate FAQs, knowledge base resources, and create engaging presentations.
Facilitate sessions, meetings, and represent GS1 in global forums.
Your Profile
8+ years’ experience in customer service within technical services.
Expertise in analytics, reporting and Power BI, with a continuous improvement mindset.
Skilled in using AI tools (e.g. Microsoft Copilot) to drive insights and automation.
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills in an international context.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities (English fluency required).
Experience with SaaS, Agile, and global, cross-functional collaboration.
