As the company continues to grow, uFund is looking for an Investor Support Officer to join its young and dynamic team.
This role is essential in ensuring high-quality service to investors and smooth coordination with the sales team.
Your Role
As Investor Support Officer, you will be responsible for:
Monitoring and following up on Tax Shelter investments
Preparing commercial and administrative documents
Managing investor inquiries via phone and email
Supporting the sales team in daily operations
Contributing to client events and marketing activities
Your Profile
You hold a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and have 2–3 years of experience in B2B customer support or administrative roles. You are fluent in French and Dutch, and comfortable using aa CRM tool and MS-Office.
You are known for your communication skills and professional rigor. You enjoy working in a collaborative, relaxed yet high-performing environment and can handle peaks of activity with calm and precision.
