We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist who excels at building strong relationships and delivering effective solutions with a positive and professional attitude.
As a Customer Service specialist for our client, based in Amsterdam in the Netherlands, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive high-quality support and effective solutions. Your responsibilities will include resolving technical issues, providing guidance on tax-related questions, and efficiently handling general customer requests with professionalism and attention to details.

Your responsibilities
Handle a high volume of incoming calls, emails, and chat requests in line with company standards.
Provide support and appropriate solutions to customers regarding technical issues, tax regulations, privacy policies, and system functionality.
Accurately log customer interactions.
Maintain and update the company database.
Demonstrate strong customer focus by consistently going the extra mile.
Enhance customer communication by adding value and proactively identifying opportunities or leads.
Your profile
At least a few years of experience in a similar customer service or support role.
Strong technical affinity: able to analyse technical issues and explain them clearly.
Ability to resolve customer queries according to established standards and procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Dutch or French (spoken and written).
Good command of English.
Organised, service-oriented, and detail-focused.
